Delivery and Shipment

Products will be shipped within 1-3 business days after funds are credited in our accounts.

Shipping duration - we use a combination of shipping partners to deliver products and shipping times vary as below:

Shipment will be delivered in 2-3 business days* subject to complete address provided when order is placed.

If there is nobody at the nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of products, the carrier will make three attempts, after which it will be considered as delivery canceled and the product will be returned to our warehouse. A fresh delivery receipt must be generated for which the buyer will have to bear the charges again.

*Deliveries to Al Ain, Fujairah and other remote areas will have alternative day delivery service.

Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Ras Al-Khaimah, Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain will have daily deliveries.

Deliveries will be from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M

You can track shipment of your order by clicking on the "Track Your Order" link in the shipping confirmation email. Please note that this link will direct you to the shipping partner’s website, which is not managed by Krew Kart.

Please note:

*It is our goal to deliver orders within the above mentioned times, however, delivery times are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers' local holidays.

*We will be unable to change the delivery address on orders after checkout.

*Title to and risk of loss in your products will pass to you when you take possession of the products.
